Common requests include (construction cleaning):
Remove all construction debris
Detail all wood, concrete and all tile flooring
Detail dusting (this include all walls)
Window washing (this includes interior, exterior, sidings, runners)
Carpet cleaning and stain removal
Interior, Exterior pressure washing
High area cleaning using lifts or scaffolding.

Common Cleaning Requests include (office cleaning):
Wipe down desks, tables, chairs, taking care to spot clean legs and sides
Dust all horizontal surfaces
Vacuum all carpeted areas (edge vacuum also)
Clean and sanitize phones, fax machines, and other small equipment
Wipe down windows (streak free)
Empty all waste receptacles and replace liners

Once a month cleaning includes cleaning all door frames, walls up to five feet, spot clean carpets, thresholds, all stripping, waxing sealing, of V.C.T. tile.
